This art easel is a real eye-catcher - beautiful and functional. Works for children with their legs fully lowered, for adults in a sitting or standing position (if you're tall, just sit down). There are instructions although no words are used and you have 4 drawings to work with and some thoughts. I finally got it. After I set it up for the first time, removing and restoring it wasn't a big deal. This will take some time as it has to be done in a specific way. First the legs, then the main board. This is not an easy subject. This easel is a well-built, durable and adjustable stand that needs careful maintenance to keep it looking stunning. Bamboo is beautifully smooth. Thumb screws with small nuts are used to tighten various parts in predetermined positions. This easel has a lot of free form. Corners can be set for the main drawing area. The legs fold down completely so the easel can be placed on a table top. Kindergarteners just can't stretch their legs to paint a picture. This easel even has a built-in storage box. The box is accessible from both sides as it has a bamboo layer that can be lifted or pushed towards the artist. and it can even be used to rest the pattern to be copied. There is a handle for lifting and a strap for carrying on the shoulder or hanging. It's portable, but it's probably not something you'll want to carry around as you pick up and drop off. If I had a seat, I would just leave it there. For now we will use it for paintings and projects and tidy up when not in use. I love this art easel. I'm very impressed. *My only advice to the seller is to include step-by-step instructions (words), accompanying the images to help us work out the details. As I said I did but this is new to me as I've never had anything like this before and all the parts look so complex and I didn't want to go wrong and break it. I've been working on it and I think it's a well thought out and well made article. More detailed setup instructions only help, so why not? :)
