Empty feeling, floor open instead of tight. I expected this to be the hard part. Reminds me of a chocolate Easter bunny that looks solid but is actually hollow. I had to use a dremel for some parts to get it to fit the mini cooper properly. I don't know how durable it is. The plastic does not feel brittle and appears flexible. I have to say it looks great when adjusted properly. For the price it's not a bad buy but don't expect it to be as solid as I did. Update: It's been about a year now and it's still holding up. It looks even better when the car is 2 inches lower.
