I make a living helping out on the road and running my own road company. My 6 year old 5 inch Garmin works way better than this joke. It's a bit big, but that's ok. The touchscreen is good enough, navigating between menus with ease and seems reasonably responsive. Satellite reception is terrible. If you have a 10 mile drive, consider yourself lucky if the GPS pings you before you get to your location. I can indicate the location and drive to the gas station, refuel, but the signal is still not given. Just got back from a curb run where at first it didn't ping and then when it pinged it repeatedly lost signal. I'm a businessman and I don't have the time to turn a 6 minute drive into a 25 minute drive every time. I'm sending it back because it doesn't work. If you're going on a long trip or driving a semi-trailer for 18 hours, it might be ok. But if you use Uber, roadside assistance, taxis, cops or emergency services this isn't for you, if you need quick response times to get your job done this isn't for you. Now if I send it back to you it will cost me money for many reasons.
