SHOW SIZE... SMALL and MEDIUM SMALL are NOT the same as shown here
I have several of these same Red Dingo Martingales -Bought collars for my BICHON and usually order what was listed as "SMALL" because the WIDTH is much narrower and helps prevent tangling on my dog's neck HOWEVER I think I need a longer collar this time because the small one is too tight so I picked the one listed as longer...it was supposed to extend to 14" but you sent me a shorter one. Now I have to send it back and wait for the new one. What an inconvenience! PLEASE CORRECT YOUR LISTING
