I was surprised how well it worked. My microwave has been through quite a bit with former roommates and I wondered if this little device would still work after years of rough accumulation. I was amazed at how well it worked and how easy it was. The instructions on the packaging were simple and clear. The only thing I want to say is that there is no explanation on how to remove the top; I had to google. Four stars for that because a simple explanation would have saved time, frustration and a sore hand. Twist your hair to the right and then pull it straight out. After removing the hair, the head immediately slips off.
