Let me just say that working with QUETTERLEE was a big bummer. I was eager to give them a try because I enjoy adding the newest technology to my home office. Unfortunately, my enthusiasm gradually gave way to irritation. The website was a complete muddle, with a perplexing design and challenging navigation. And when I did locate the items I was looking for, they were either unavailable or missing the details I needed to make a wise choice. The customer service, though, was the true shocker. I felt like I was wasting my time because of the staff's slow response times and lack of assistance. And when my order did finally show up, the item was of low quality, and it didn't work as promised. In the end, if someone was seeking for high-quality tech equipment, I wouldn't suggest QUETTERLEE. It's not worth the hassle with a confusing website, a lack of inventory, and poor customer support. Shop elsewhere to save yourself the hassle.
