Review on πŸ›΄ RideVOLO K08 Kick Scooter: Ideal for 8+ Year Olds with 8-inch Wheels, Adjustable Height, Folding and Suspension System by Jason Carranza

Excellent scooter for the price and features

Tried shaver a5 dlx, lux and this scooter. The A5 wins in terms of weight, speed and folding mechanism. This scooter gains in smoothness thanks to the double suspension. My only complaint is the cheap hard rubber wheel rather than the wheel on top which can slow the scooter down a bit. I read a lot of negative reviews about this scooter. Many of them are easy to fix. Some say that the scooter folds up while driving. This is because the latch handle doesn't fit all the way into the slot, but pops out and folds in while driving. If the user opens the scooter fully with enough force, the nob will go all the way. WD40 can help a little. Some people complain that it is difficult to fold. WD40 helps too. Also, use force to unfold it before unlocking it, this makes it easier to fold. Some people complain that the suspension doesn't work and works hard. Time will soften spring. I thought the springs weren't working when I used it the first 2 times. After that I saw a spring job but not like my friend's old scooter. I think later spring will be softer. It takes time to break in. Some complain that the part is falling apart. I don't have this problem. I tighten everything. I mean very tight and the scooter doesn't rattle at all. Very difficult. My future upgrade will be the wheels and bearings. Update: I ride this scooter on broken pavement. It's much better than a razor roller thanks to the double springs. I feel a vibration but not to the point where I lose control like a razor.
