Let me start by saying that this is not a fully automatic coffee maker or a coffee maker for the faint of heart. I would advise getting a good coffee grinder before you start. Second, get a quality coffee tamper; The plastic wrap that came with the machine doesn't work. I've found that you have to grind the beans very finely and pound the coffee with a lot of force (30-40 pounds). I give 5 stars for ease of use. but I lied; It's not easy to use, but with practice. you got the hang of it As far as 5 stars for "value for money", this machine doesn't come cheap, but what do you value before having the best coffee you can get at home?
