. I worked on this issue with Emily at Wood Trick and it was a fantastic experience. She quickly answered all of my questions and concerns and provided the part I needed along with any additional parts I had to remove to install the new part. I built 8 or 10 3D wooden puzzles and most of them were wooden trick puzzles. This is the first compilation I've put together that has a problem. The date on the box indicates it was boxed on November 20th, 2017, leading me to believe that this kit was one of the first releases of this model. The illustrations in the building instructions are not suitable for this model. I have contacted Wood Trick and expect to hear from you soon. That minor issue aside, the kit was a joy to build and I look forward to getting the right part.
