Great for Migraines!
I have chronic migraines and when I need ice for my head I don’t want to take the time to fill a bag. This is always ready in the freezer and the Velcro allows me to adjust it as needed. I would definitely recommend this for anyone with migraines. Unlike the Migraine Hat, this is easy to lay down with it on my head.
