The product is easy to use. The cold pack fits nice in the sleeve. I used it when i went to mow the lawn (put it around my neck) and it kept me really cool. It lasted (in 95 degree weather with a big man) about 45 minutes outside before I needed to re-freeze it, but the sleeve allows for some other small ice packs to fit in it as well. The Velcro is nice just like other medical devices with Velcro. I gave it 4/5 because I have had it less than a week.

I don't get migraines but do get sinus and stress headaches. This ice wrap is wonderful! I also use it when my neck hurts. Good product, thank you.!

With my previous review i rated this product fair but now it's good.! This worked best for me when the gel pact was placed in the freezer for a while.

After several months of frequent use. The velcro has worn out. I cannot keep it secured on my head. They need to fix that or add more Velcro!

This is now my favorite ice pack. It's great for my migraines. I take a couple of Excedrin migraine pills, and lay down with this for about 30 minutes. That combination gets rid of my migraines almost every time. The smooth sides are comfortable when laying my head against a pillow. It stays cold for a long time too. I always keep it in the freezer when I'm not using it so that it's always ready for use.

Crap… sorry but is crap… it’s very stiff and just gives you a massive headache every time I used it-doesnt really help in any aspect. Got another kind much better… would not recommend

Nice concept and nicely packaging. They even sent a bag to use for the freezer so your iIce pack wouldn’t smell like food in your freezer. But unfortunately I didn’t feel like it got cold enough for me and the coldness didn’t last very long. It also didn’t sit as well on my head as Isaac would have expected. I I ended up just laying down on a pillow to give it pressure like I do with a regular ice pack.

Works great, easy to use. The bag keeps the freezer smells out of it. It helps tremendously with easing migraines. It feels like it thaws a bit quick, but I have two of them now.

I get migraines and hoped this would give me some relief from the usual balancing act with ice packs; the neoprene holder thing smelled so strongly of chemicals I left it outside for several days to air out. The ice packs become too stiff to wrap around the head with any amount of comfort, so this did not help me.

I have chronic migraines and when I need ice for my head I don’t want to take the time to fill a bag. This is always ready in the freezer and the Velcro allows me to adjust it as needed. I would definitely recommend this for anyone with migraines. Unlike the Migraine Hat, this is easy to lay down with it on my head.

This is, in fact, an ice pack. If you are looking for something cold to apply to some part of your body, this will fit the bill. I bought this, along with a few other ice packs, including another Hilph product, because I have a migraine literally all the time, unfortunately.Positives: the Hilph products I use, including this one, have soft fabric that prevents ice burns. The Velcro is very sturdy. You have to readjust it as the gel cools and spreads out, but you have to do that with any product

What’s the point of this thing it doesn’t even get cold…? This product shouldn’t even be sold. Was expecting it to be like ice. It’s just a gel pad that stinks horribly (stinks as in it actually smells really bad and the smell is giving me a headache and now I need a real ice pack)

Used this (or attempted to) after brain surgery. Was extremely uncomfortable and had a very plastic smell to it we ended up throwing it away in the hotel.

I bought this product for my wisdom teeth removal surgery! I am so impressed with it. The pack got cold and stayed cold. I used it on and off every 20 mins. Very easy to use.

The last thing one needs during a headache, and especially a migraine, is more pain! Once frozen, the hard little ice packets dig into your head.

My daughter has started getting(x2), what we believe are migraines. This is exactly where she feels the ice pack is needed!

Works amazing. Definitely better than a traditional ice pack. Compression is great, doesn’t move around and provides perfect cooling relief. The additional provided freezer bag is a nice compliment to the product. Highly recommend if you are a frequent user of ice packs for headaches.

This head wrap is amazing for migraines. I was getting very tired of holding several different kinds of ice packs to my head, and they wouldn't be able to touch every part of my head that was throbbing but with this head wrap I was able to soothe every part of my head that hurt. The ONLY things I can complain about is that it doesn't fit flush with my head, it's a little bumpy but still very worth it. It also doesn't stay cold as long as I'd like, like chemical ice packs do.

Cons:- Does not hold temperature long. I had another similar product that had some flaws that this one corrected but this head pack does not get cold enough or stay cold as long as other products that I've used and for me, that is a deal breaker. This is a perfect product for headaches and other uses. I had been using a wet wash cloth at night for my headaches and got my pillow and everything wet. This is easy to use, can fit anyone. I just slip the frozen gel pack into the band and put it on at night. Nothing is wet and my headache is gone. What an awesome product and price. Thank you so much.
