This head wrap is amazing for migraines. I was getting very tired of holding several different kinds of ice packs to my head, and they wouldn't be able to touch every part of my head that was throbbing but with this head wrap I was able to soothe every part of my head that hurt. The ONLY things I can complain about is that it doesn't fit flush with my head, it's a little bumpy but still very worth it. It also doesn't stay cold as long as I'd like, like chemical ice packs do.
- Works okay but the design has edging that sticks in your forehead. Would not purchase again
- Only stayed cool got 10 minutes
