This is a perfect product for headaches and other uses. I had been using a wet wash cloth at night for my headaches and got my pillow and everything wet. This is easy to use, can fit anyone. I just slip the frozen gel pack into the band and put it on at night. Nothing is wet and my headache is gone. What an awesome product and price. Thank you so much.
