Crap… sorry but is crap… it’s very stiff and just gives you a massive headache every time I used it-doesnt really help in any aspect. Got another kind much better… would not recommend
- Feels very comfortable and you can get it nice and warm 🔥 or cold 🥶
- Wanted to use for sinuses and back of neck. NOT flexible!! Useless.
