Amazing! You just put it on your head and you're a neon sign. Apparently it can be carried with its beak in any orientation, which is a plus if you're in a street gang that prefers orange. For the few dollars they charge for it, it's a bargain. Of course, you should also have an orange shirt, orange pants, orange suspenders, orange socks and orange boots to complete your Halloween look. I'm a little crazy and wear it during hunting season to let visually impaired hunters know I'm one of them.
