The description and on the packaging state 27 W PD. The power adapter that came with my Samsung A71 says it's 25W. When you connect the included cable to your phone, the message "Super Fast Charging” will appear. If you connect the same cable to this car charger, the phone will display the message "Fast charging". This car charger plugged into a 12V 100W outlet in the center console, so the amps are adequate (watts ÷ volts = amps). I don't know if I had a faulty charger, but its 27W PD can't charge super fast like a 25W wall adapter. Perhaps the most crucial data is that the PDO is 3A at 5V and 9V, but 2.25A at 12V.
