2008 Chevy Uplander Fuel Module. I used a brass punch and a hammer trick to loosen the locking ring. it was not possible to completely fix the ring with a punch and hammer during assembly. .the ring did not rotate in the locking handles because the ring was punched out of orbit. I was just trying to hit a spot on the ring lightly, then move around the perimeter of the ring and hit again. will not work. With this tool and a 1/2" drive rod, it took a little effort to rotate the ring and hear it CLICK into the tank mounts and fully seat it. Very well done. Thick cast with strong locking tabs on the ends
