Great software! We have two locations and have never had any issues with any repairs.

This software is great! We have two locations and have never had any issues with any repairs. We use our account manager to request repairs from our vendors and they are done within a couple of hours. When they are done, they are emailed directly to us and we receive updates via email. Our sales rep also receives notification when our products need to be serviced. We can monitor everything in real time. If a vendor does not perform the work properly, they can easily be tracked down and we can escalate their issue to our Account Manager. We have had very few issues with our account managers. We have found that the software allows us to stay in complete control of the entire repair process while providing excellent customer service. We would highly recommend 86 Repairs to anyone looking for a repair tracking software.
