On Christmas Eve I wanted to build a house for my 4 year old daughter. After my wife bought it I started reading reviews online for tips on how to put it together or maybe a tutorial video. What I found was a large number of consistent reviews complaining about the instructions. So my wife advised me to start a few days earlier. Prep time: 8:20pm to 10:48pm with a 10 minute snack break and my wife helped keep the details. I recommend a second set of hands.1. I personally unpack everything and collect similar things. Almost all items were numbered (No. 4 had to be invented by yourself). This is a small white round sticker.2. The screws are sorted by letter and by the color of the head. The color matches where you insert the screw. For example, the yellow screws went into the yellow house's "siding". Only 1 pink screw went into the bookshelf on the wall. It almost looked like a pink doorknob.3. If you're not sure which side the door molding is on, try both sides and you'll find that one side fits a lot better than the other. I always kept a photo of the dollhouse handy so I could always refer to it. I didn't have to assemble anything. It's durable and strong and we hope to have it for many years to come. I hope this helps anyone trying to tackle this project over the next few days.
