Review on 🟢 TCP Global 8" Green Fine Foam Buffing Grip Pad for Final Cut Polish Finishing - Hook & Loop by Sean Florence

I purchased these after reading the description on the TCP Global website which clearly states "Use with handle (velcro) up to 7" washers. I have a 7 inch base plate and they don't work with it at all. The flat area that should rest on the base plate is only about 6 1/4 inches as shown in the photo. I contacted TCP and after confirming that I had the correct shims and sending the attached picture, they replied that I must use a 7" TCP baseplate, but their customer service rep would not respond if their 7" Baseplate actually measures 6 1/4 inches or less. As a result, I end up on buffing pads that end up in the trash. I should note that I also bought a TCP pro polisher at the time I bought them, only to find that the backing pad that came with it did not fit the polisher, Revain accepted the polisher's return and I had these pads at that point didn't know won't work Then it was too late to go back.
