I really like this scale. The combination of precision and weight limitation is great, and it's amazing to have a scale that can handle so much weight with great accuracy. I use these scales primarily for food so I included the accuracy in the calibration kit I have. All weights under 1000g are accurate as shown in the photos. After reaching 1000g the scale slowly begins to lose accuracy BUT it is still within the accuracy of one gram. Now it's just the bottom end of the scale but it's more than accurate enough for all my needs. There are two shortcomings that, in my opinion, do not justify the star deduction. Placing a plate or other object on the scale can obstruct the view of the numbers, requiring you to lean forward a little to see the numbers. It's a compromise for a device that takes up so little counter space, and I'm fine with that.2. As previously mentioned, the timer before activating the device's automatic shutdown is a bit shorter, maybe 2 minutes. This is another compromise for battery life. In this case, you just have to remember to tap the weight with your finger from time to time if you plan to prepare food by weighing. Overall I'm very happy with the design, it weighs almost nothing, it can be pulled out anywhere. It looks great, it works great, it boots up to start weighing quickly, it has a glowing LCD screen, it's touch sensitive so there are no buttons, it's very responsive and has many different units of measurement, including water and milk! I had previously purchased other scales that weighed less (measured only half the weight) and were more expensive. They had some nice features that these don't have, but I'm really glad I upgraded! This review alone says how much I love this scale. I don't think I've ever included photos in a review and just wanted to give the company credit for making a solid product! Finally, I should add that this scale could be very accurate even in the upper range of measurements, I just didn't have the tools to test it and therefore I will only defend it as amazing in the range I measured and used.
