upset. for TV and video

No Netflix although the main screen says it has Netflix it says there is an update but I can't update it I have it deleted it and tried to download it again but found it wasn't here at all. HBO max won't even let me use a controller, and when I get it working it won't let me use numbers. When I try to open Netflix (on the home screen) HBO max opens. It doesn't have Disney Plus, it doesn't have Hulu, it doesn't have Netflix. I only have to work with Prime, YouTube and Tubi.
