Had to extensively disassemble an HP laptop to replace the processor and a Phillips screwdriver with a magnetic tip to tighten a few dozen M2/M3 screws was a must. Try grabbing a 3mm screw with your gloved fingers and you'll see what I mean. Really speeded up the job, and while there were a few other different screwdrivers in the kit, the little Phillips was the workhorse. I can't say anything about the durability yet, but after repeated use there are no signs of chipping or other damage to the screws or the tool. Good value for money.
