In spite of the fact that I have been a GOBAM customer for many years, I was extremely dissatisfied with the quality of their customer support. After placing an order for kitchen accessories, I was informed that the dispatch would take between three and five business days. However, it took almost two weeks for my order to appear, and when it did, the items were improperly packaged, which caused some of the items to become damaged. I called customer support, but they were unresponsive and unhelpful, and they did not offer a solution to the problem or any compensation for the items that were damaged. In the future, I will move my company's operations somewhere else.
