Disappointed with the Low-Quality Customer Service Provided by GOBAM

In spite of the fact that I have been a GOBAM customer for many years, I was extremely dissatisfied with the quality of their customer support. After placing an order for kitchen accessories, I was informed that the dispatch would take between three and five business days. However, it took almost two weeks for my order to appear, and when it did, the items were improperly packaged, which caused some of the items to become damaged.
