Originally attempted to cancel after realizing they had ordered the wrong size and needed much sooner. Never canceled so I received the goods anyway. I wanted to return for a refund, but there will be more problems with the return due to the delivery location. The product looks neat but the batteries need to be covered as small animals tend to potter around in them and batteries easily get wet or dirty or are exposed to critters who like to chew. I decided to try my animal in it and he couldn't walk in it, he just rolled over and fell, probably due to the small size as he has no problem with the big ones.
