Why are they making disclosure so difficult?

So far, the product works well after installation. Installation isn't bad either, but first you have to take it out of the box and unfold it, and unfolding it is a nightmare. I'd like to speak to the fool who decides to pack this thing by folding it along the long side, sticky side to sticky side. With very small pads, this may not be a problem, but with a room-sized carpet, ripping a pad from itself is an unacceptably frustrating and tedious task. An extra piece of plastic wrap in that first fold would make a world of difference.
