Wheels do not spin or roll as advertised.
I had an oak 1x4 and decided to build a mobile cart for my new parts washer. The reels arrived on time and undamaged and appear to be exactly what I was looking for. I attached them to the oak with 5/16" carriage bolts, washers, and a nylon locknut. After installing and applying the washer, the rollers did not move freely and did not roll easily. I haven't poured 120 pounds of liquid in the washing machine yet. I can't imagine the traffic getting any better. I am disappointed to say the least. I wouldn't buy them again.
