First, the awkward news: We're not using this excellent Razorri Comodo Ceramic Fermentation Crock as a fermentation crock.Now, the good news: this is the most bodacious cookie jar our kitchen has ever seen!Yes, Grandma started a cottage baking business, which means that our house has even *more* awash in great smells and scrumptious baking products than it used to be.And we've discovered that this fermentation crock makes a perfect, oversized (because we got's us lotsa' cookies.) cookie jar.The other reviews say it ferments great, and I believe'em. But I'm guessing ours never will.
