Used twice, loved it the first time, the head broke off the second time as shown in the picture. We got quite a bit of snow. The brush itself is thick and beautiful if only it had a more durable and quality construction. The head also continues to rotate or has continued to rotate from a straight position to a left and right angled position without actually pressing a button to change its position. I put it together with MacGyver as soon as it broke and now it has no moving parts which is great. It is difficult to find a good and durable brush.
