I'll just go out there and say I don't like these drivers. Gearwrench does a lot of great things, but I just couldn't get them to work. Pounding the uncleaned screw didn't seem to do anything, and it was a plank lying flat on the concrete. I hate seeing what a mess it becomes when trying to score something brittle without a hard stop. Eventually I was forced to alternate between trying to watch the hammer move and watching the screw head to see if anything changed without choking my fingers. . It was a disaster. So why 2 stars and not one? Well, as straight screwdrivers, they're pretty good. The tips are well made, the grips are comfortable and oil resistant. They don't have black oxide tips, and as straight screwdrivers, the plain GW screwdrivers are a lot more economical, but they still work well. The finish looks like black chrome. So if I were to do it again I'd skip these and just try the Speed Out bits instead and stick with the very good plain GW screwdrivers.
