Powerful, cheap, transparent.
I buy DIxie spoons and forks from the same series as these knives. They are all durable and allow me to use them like any other metal, good for anything but hard food. For example, if I pick up cold peanut butter, the scoop will feel like I'll squeeze hard enough to scoop it out, it will break and there will be plastic in my peanut butter. BUT! Everything else they do well which means they are great in my opinion. TL; DR Excellent strong beautiful clean knives that allow me to rarely wash dishes <3.
