Easy and powerful Information System Management Tool

I like it very much because its easy enought be used by anyone with basic knowledge about computers or IT in general.
Its not expensive at all compared ot similar products out there (it's free) so if your organisation needs an information system management tool this one should definitely fit into budget constraints! Nothing really bad i can say but maybe some minor issues here nthere could use improvement - just keep using until they get fixed :). We are solving problems related to our internal processes through cebiX software:-.

Pros

Easy product installation, great customer support team; fast response times when we need help etc.Easy access from any device connected via internet browser for example laptop/desktop computer /tablet.Can easily integrate other tools within same platform as well eithout having problem connecting them together.
