Long Time User - Great Product - Recommend

I like that it's an entire tool in one place, rather than requiring you to purchase additional apps or software to complete your quoting task. The UI is not as easy-to-grok as it should be; but, if you have experience with other CPQ tools there won't really be much of a learning curve. You'd think someone who has been working closely within SFDC would at some point understand how all its features fit together (maybe?) - we've had 2 Sales Representatives using this product for ~2 years now yet still don't realize that they cannot perform certain actions from "one view". In fact, they've just begun to discover these recently. As well, there doesn't appear any benefit gained by having more users logged into ONEcpq when performing quote tasks versus multiple different individuals logging out (or in) ONEcpq - so yes- the only time it makes financial sense to do this task via the desktop/client application/etc.. 1) Easy to use2.) Support is very helpful3). Can be integrated with third party applications4.). Quickly get up & running5.), Very quick implementation time, as it integrates directly into SFDC org6), User interface7); Customer Service8)). I have not seen any downsides so far9)), Great product10)) Have been using this for about 2 years now11)); Has helped us improve our sales process12))) It has improved customer satisfaction13)} We can easily track all price quotes we receive from customers14)))).
