Not willow and not even 10 pounds!
This wire is not braided at all, just twisted. And he doesn't even take on 10 pounds, let alone 30! It can be useful, but don't use it to support something you care about. or it breaks when it falls on the ground. I used it on a 10lb driftwood display - the wire broke in the middle of the hanger (made from this wire). >:(
