Great coring tool, a bit difficult to peel

This is exactly the tool I need to core an apple without slicing the fruit into segments. The loops of the core open slightly, allowing the core to fall out or be knocked out. However, it does not open wide enough for easy cleaning. The edges are very sharp, so you have to be careful not to get the sponge or rag into the canal, so as not to cut yourself. All in all I would recommend.
