Review on 🍺 Dernord Stainless Weldless Bulkhead Kettle: The Ultimate Brewing Solution by Chris Kidd

The valve assembly is good but there are not enough sealing rings and there is only one washer. When the bulkhead is drilled to the recommended size, the o-ring will deform as it is forced halfway into the cavity between the valve threads and the edge of the bulkhead. I ended up buying a 1/8" thick silicone sheet and cutting my own flat gaskets. I also had to buy a 3/4" 304ss washer to match the one they sent so that there was even pressure on the gasket. This valve was reasonably priced, but when I add in the cost of replacement parts, it's not great.
