Tried to save a few bucks here and buy a fake Brewing Vessel (HLT). I don't need a dip tube or other fittings in the tank. Well after testing this on the water I had to order the real deal from Northern Brewer as this one leaks in the center of the valve. I bought this valve to replace the plastic 'tap' that comes with the 10 gallon cooler to turn it into a homemade mash tun. If it fits snugly into an existing hole so no drilling is required, that's definitely a plus.
