Tried to save a few bucks here and buy a fake Brewing Vessel (HLT). I don't need a dip tube or other fittings in the tank. Well after testing this on the water I had to order the real deal from Northern Brewer as this one leaks in the center of the valve. I took it off the kettle 3 times to make sure the gaskets around it were good and even went so far as to use plumber's putty around the bulkhead to ensure a 100% seal and it was still leaking the center of the valve. I know NB is twice the price but believe me it's better than buying this and then buying the NB version.
