I am a side sleeper and also do not like to have my lashes smashed, so I have tried multiple different memory foam and other "molded" sleep masks that don't sit flat on your face. Those masks move and the straps are always so bulky and uncomfortable that I cannot sleep with them on. These stay on all night and successfully block light, however, they smash my lashes and leave horrible marks and imprints on my face which do not subside right away. (I have adjusted the band and it makes no difference how tight it is. Luckily I work from home, but on days when I do not, I cannot wear this.
- A great way to ensure complete darkness when you're sleeping during the day
- It may not be suitable for people with claustrophobia or anxiety
