Seller claims that "lamps [sic] disable canbus protection to prevent lamp failure". Unfortunately, when installed on a 2016 BMW X3, these T15/W16W LED Reversing Lights caused a "Bulb Failure" error message. A competing version also at Revain but sold by Auxito does not display errors: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0728DYR9H/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o01_s01?ie=UTF8&psc=1 Auxito LED reversing lights cost 1 1 , 7 times more expensive. times more and has 1157 positive ratings compared to 24 for the Yitamotor model (as of 04/30/2019). It's not always true that the more you pay the better the product, but it seems that in this case I was "smart by the dime and stupid by the pound". Auxito claims 1000 lumens using just 15 of the same LED chipsets. I don't have a light meter, but I think Auxito bulbs are actually brighter! Perhaps it's because the Yitamotor's light pattern is aimed higher than the Auxito's (and therefore has more useful ground lighting than the International Space Station's blink).
