I feel that it's not easy to find good people with skills who can work remotely but Seasia has been great so far. Their support team is very responsive and always ready to help. So far we haven't faced anything negative about working with them. But if there is something then let me know about it. It would be helpful for me and my colleagues as well. We have used their services for one of our project, which was a success. I like that they are very flexible. They will take your ideas and go above & beyond to make them happen. Seasia is very efficient at getting things done. I think you really need to be willing to listen and work with them to get what you want. Sometimes it's not clear what you want. Sometimes there is too much red tape. The cost can be high, but that's what you pay for when you're dealing with top talent. Flexibility is key when working with a team of experts.
