Overall this is a very good product and I am happy with it. I just want him to come with instructions. The package arrived in a brown envelope. The product was in a plastic bag. There was no indication, just a small label showing a cup with each part separated from the next part, but there was no explanation. It says it's a shaker bottle, but it doesn't have a shaker ball, instead there's a strainer-like thing attached to the lid that looks like you could put fruit in it for infused water. I really like that there is a cup at the bottom for storing snacks and there is a mark on the side showing how many ounces you have in it. It holds 550ml / 18oz. The label states that the product is BPA and DEHP free and dishwasher, freezer and microwave safe. It is recyclable and made from food grade material. The KISS picture on the mug is beautiful and there are links to many social media sites (Facebook, Instagram, Vimeo, Twitter and Smartshake, com). The lid has a nice rubber rim on the outside and a seal on the inside, there is a handle that can be carried or attached to a carabiner.
