USB Issues: External Components
The video switching function of this KVM switch worked fine, however it has 2 problems with the USB functionality: 1. Mouse movements are clearer than without the switch. That is, the cursor jumps more compared to a smooth movement without a switch.2. With the KVM switch between my gaming keyboard and the computer, the computer didn't recognize the gaming keyboard, so I couldn't use any of the keyboard's special features like custom lighting and macros.
