Very disappointed in your subpar product

I have had this product less than a week and the strap for my $2,500 oxygen machine is already broke I did nothing I sat it down and it touch the floor and broke into two pieces they are plastic pieces of crap and it's totally not cool that I spent 13 bucks on a strap that has plastic hooks for machine that's worth a lot of money and it would really suck if it got broken I think people should sell you something that has metal hooks that will be nice and secure for a very expensive piece of machinery especially when it's an oxygen machine we rely on these oxygen machines to live and to sell me a subpar strapped to hook this very expensive oxygen machine to is really not cool the hooks look like metal and the pictures they say they're metal swivel hooks but they're not they're plastic so now I just flushed $13 down the toilet and now I have to go to the regular inogen store and spend even more money on their brand because at least with them they have a warranty I will not be buying anything from this brand ever again because apparently they make subpar items and making sub par items for people that are on oxygen most of those would be elderly people on a very fixed income is it really really not okay and you should be ashamed.

Pros
  • Portable oxygen
Cons
  • The strap may not be as durable as advertised, as some users report fraying or tearing over time
