I like that it has everything in one place - alerts are sent from all systems (phone/email), and we can filter by type of device or user if needed to ensure compliance with our ordinances. It also allows us quick access to reports when required by city staff. The interface needs some work. Reports could use more formatting options; especially regarding dates. Also, there should be better reporting capabilities through multiple platforms beyond just emailing out documents directly instead of having them emailed into folders which sometimes doesn't happen due to time constraints during meetings etc. This helps keep track of what devices were inspected so you don’t have to go back months later trying to find where everyone was located at any given point.
