Review on High-Quality Replacement Pan for Midwest Dog Crate by Stephen Tharpe

Revainrating 1 out of 5

Completely unsuitable for dogs

for several years. I can't remember the name of the crate but it has served up well with several dogs over the years held up until my new labrador broke the litter box with his crotch.I measured the crate before ordering to make sure I ordered the correct size tray beforehand and everything seemed fine.Well the new Midwest tray is arrived and was probably 1-2" larger than the box! The tray itself was about right size but it had these big lips that drooped and made it too big to fit in. I was so disappointed I decided to return the tray easy to trim to fit, after about an hour I trimmed away the useless edges and voila, the litter box fits now, luckily mine are ne dogs are cage trained and i don't have to worry about accidents on the potty when the rim is missing and the litter box just makes their kennel more convenient. But it's still incredibly frustrating. Not sure if there is another tray that fits my kennel better, but I thought the 36 inch boxes are pretty versatile. I was wrong. The tray itself is also pretty cheap and quite flimsy, but if it fits I wouldn't mind. Just make sure you measure correctly when ordering a new tray and don't assume they're that universal like me.
