The product is made of extremely thin and flimsy glass material. I’ve been extremely careful in how I used the product but a small piece of the spout area chipped off. The material is so thin, likely 1 inch drop could crack the whole thing. I only used it for hot tea and it works well up to now but I’m always afraid the hot water will crack the thin glass layer. I definitely would not recommend this product for normal use but I can see this as a decorative purpose.
