Great for sore muscles!

This shoulder and neck ice pack is great for sore muscles and relaxation. Its large enough to fit around you with ease, really helps provide maximum coldness and compression where needed, and is overall a great product. Highly recommended.

Comfortable & stays in place. Gel cools quickly in the freezer and is very pliable. It drapes well around my neck & shoulders. Pack stays cold long enough to give me the 20 minutes of icing my therapist recommended.
