I like this hot and cold ice pack but it feels kind of bulky

4/5 RatingI like this Hot/Cold shoulder compress. It WORKS. it feels a little bulky but it it provides therapy and relief to your shoulders neck and upper back.I use mostly for the cold therapy. I let my mom use it after sitting outside in the heat for most of the day and she absolutely LOVES it. It cools her down very quickly. Great for sore muscles!

Missing sleeve for my opinion

The heating pack has helped my neck and shoulder pain. I didnt receive the sleeve that allows it to be a cold pack. I really want to use it to ice as well.

Really helps with shoulder and back pain

Gel packs have been around for more than 20 years, but this is an innovative way to "wear" a gel pack, keeping the cold on you so it will penetrate.My wifes shoulder injury has been helped by using this twice a day. She likes the way it fits, has adjustments and even has two distinct sides, one is vinyl material and the other is a flocked surface, similar to a flannel.She uses it for 20 minutes at a time and really notices the difference.I highly recommend this for back and shoulder pain relief

Less than 3 months and it's leaking

Too heavy for small person. Main problem it does not lie flat against the back. And does not not touch neck without pressing it with hands. Also it sweats as it starts to warm. Not a help at all.

Cools my back pain good for me

Does a good job of cooling my back and shoulders due to arthritis inflammation but I am disappointed I did not receive the sleeve container.

Sadly, wasted my money

The very first time I used this, unfortunately after the return window, it leaked gooey stuff all over my microwave and all over me. The box says if it tears or breaks to discard immediately. So apparently I wasted my money on a product I could never use. If you order this item, make sure you check it immediately for leaks.

Works Great in my review

This product is very well design and good Qulity. The gel distributed evenly to cover neck and shoulder. Love this large piece neck & Shoulder pad, one piece covers all and with secured clip, so it does not fell off. Since it’s gel, it’s better to use cold instead of hot. But you can always use hot when needed. Its very comfortable when put on.

This is so helpful for neck and shoulder pain. You can easily warm it in the microwave to use as a heating pad wrap. It quickly freezes to use as an ice treatment. It is slim and can be easily stored.

Needs better design

The closure is not as pictured. Its a soft strap you have to awkwardly feed thru little plastic clip EVERY TIME you put it on.Who designs these things? They should have people who need it try it, & also try to use it themselves!Even so, it doesn't close tight enough to keep the pad around your neck. & the pad doesn't come around the front neck enough.The outer material is a semi hard plastic which isn't very comfy. Needs a thick soft cover. washable fabric cover.

Wonderful for Texas Summer!

This is wonderful, especially if you lay on the couch and push in onto your back. I can wear the soft side touching my skin, no problem. It’ll get you through the summer, brings your body temp down :)

Complete garbage. Do not purchase.

This item was complete garbage. I microwaved it as the instructions started to warm it up and I used less time than suggested just to be careful. The gel leaked out. If I could leave 0 stars, I would. Avoid at all costs. It was a disgusting mess and I had to clean out my microwave after it was done. Returned for a full refund.
